Our stay was quite disappointing. The location is lovely, but the service left a lot to be desired, particularly during peak season. The amenities were lacking, and the staff's attitude was not what we expected. Overall, it felt overhyped for the cost, and I would likely not return.

I had a wonderful experience at Winter Vale during my trip with friends. The wooden cottage was spacious and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond, offering service that exceeded my expectations. However, there were a few minor drawbacks such as the taste of the barbeque and the cold pool water. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for budget travelers looking for a memorable getaway.

The resort has stunning views of the mountains and offers great privacy along with spacious common areas. The staff is dedicated, especially the manager and chef, who add a personal touch to your stay. Unfortunately, the overall maintenance could use improvement, particularly in the play area for kids and the pathways, which detracted from the experience.
